Aura Beige is a contemporary womenswear brand that was founded in early 2017 by former e commerce boutique founder and stylist, Lisa Cairns. As a small child Lisa has always been fascinated by fashion, stories and art and the escapism they gave her. Therefore she wanted to create a womenswear brand built on those foundations. She pays extra special attention to the detail, cut and finish of each piece focusing on the empowerment the customer will feel when wearing the garments.

ESCAPISM AW17/18

This collection drew a lot of inspiration from the victorian era. Combining delicate styles with robust features and also strong and powerful silhouettes with hints of feminist detail. You'll also find hints of medieval armour inspiration in some pieces, this was to celebrate Queen Victorias strong and powerful spirit.

The colour pallet was taken from the designers love for art and famous paintings held around the palace in the early 1900s.
