Ambitious project reference in the fashion demand, is the work of designer Juliana Herc. A brand designed and outlined for a high-end market, with a unique and exclusive way to create collections with pieces that reflect the beauty and sensuality, highlighting the shapes and feminine elegance, joining Brazilian creativity with the tradition of European fashion.
Juliana was born in Bahia where as a child already aroused interest and the gift of creation and transformation, according to her mother, she used the home curtains to do clothes for her dolls. It is and has always been in love with fabrics, which certainly comes from the conviviality with her mother who at the time worked at a fabric store, now she quite explores all this passion in choice of exclusive fabrics and differentiated to their creations.
At 12 Juliana began honing her techniques with crochet and also the definition of her personality working as a model, and then broke the impetus to invest in his great passion, his career as a fashion designer. The start was given in her first cutting and sewing course still in Brazil and after that was already paved the way. She then went fight for her dream and growth. Then came the challenge to go study fashion in Lisbon and consequently in Spain, where she graduated in Fashion Design. But it was when he lived in Japan, where he faced a completely different and enriching culture that was born her fascination for creation, her stylist sense was found on the day in Tokyo it was something isolated and tedious for cultural difference, but also quite inspiring, which left her totally focused and concentrated to create. And so, she created an entire collection alone with an artistic vision within their unique and classic style where we saw her gift in designing and then take her dream on.
So like this it was born a life project, Juliana Herc luxury clothing brand inspired by attitudes, objects, and experienced feelings seen by Juliana in her travels around the world, focusing on details and finishes in a relentless pursuit for perfection and quality. The main objective of it, as usually always repeat, is to get women to use her creations and feel elegant, sexy and super feminine.
It is clear that this is just the beginning of a great luxury brand that has established itself in the European fashion scene for a sophisticated style that combines elaborate process of modelling the noble materials, colours, textures and handmade embroidery. Juliana is very close to the entire creative process, step by step, each preparation of a piece, and exquisite finishes, detailed, well-designed that appeal to the senses, taste and the definition proposed by her talented creative personality.
Juliana Herc chose to present her unique creations to the world in her first flagship in the prestigious and exquisite Avenida da Liberdade in Lisbon. An imposing building divided into two distinct and elegant flooring.
Now she has another store in Oporto in the Sheraton Hotel.
Juliana currently reconciles the management of her stores with the development of her collections and projects for expansion of the brand.
