Valeria Aura is a name from Italian-Finnish origin. During my childhood, I used to play with my Finnish mother and aunt. They would always tell me fairy tales and we loved to paint and create sketchbook stories together. It was through this constant use of imagination that enabled me to begin expressing myself. It is because of them I have developed the passion for painting and designing. I am influenced very much by Scandinavian design, which is known for combining its elegance, quality and functionality. Clear pure lines have always fascinated me. I design for feminine, classy, strong women who can sometimes be extravagant and playful without loosing their charm and inner confidence.
