20/15 is a Swiss Menswear Lable. 20/15 alludes to 08/15 (a German idiom meaning „run-of-the-mill“). However, 20/15 is the exact opposite of 08/15: it stands for individuality and modernity.
On the one hand 20/15 refers to the founding year of the brand (Kathrin Grossenbacher and Laura Woodtli). On the other hand it refers to the quantity of an edition: the fraction form 20/15 derived from graphic art to show the print number out of a total limited edition may confuse : there will never be 20 of 15 pieces - the quantity is 15 and will never be increased - only the frequency of editions. With the small edition of 15 pieces we would like to raise the exclusiveness of our clothes.
