Handbags are a girl’s best friend. (Marylin was wrong!) Not only because of its functionality but also because of its message. It is certainly true: interesting women present their characters (also) with interesting handbags. That is why Marmeu and her author Vojka Zgavec Clemenz often says: “Tell me, what kind of handbags you are wearing, and I tell you who you are!” Some of handbags Marmeu are like two dimensional canvases, other like three-dimensional sculptures. But all of them do communicate all the time. Marmeu is just like theirs owners - anything but ordinary. Traveling exhibitions, traveling performances, which can not be overlooked. Each handbag is exclusively designed and handmade by the author. Each has a name and a personalized hidden message on a colorful lining inside a handbag. Even they are made according to a same pattern not even two are exactly the same. That’s why each handbag Marmeu is unique - just like you.
