KNYA aspires to befriend every independent woman in her journey towards finding herself and her place in the working society. We believe that here at KNYA we design clothes to empower women to be brave, bold and beautiful. Our simplicity is our essence- that lies in the soft yet bold colours, tailored yet comfortable fits. Founded in 2017 by Vanshika, a graduate from the Lasalle College of the Arts in Singapore, with expertise in Fashion Media & Marketing. It was her belief in her abilities and that of every independent women's that aspired KNYA.

Derived from the Sanskrit word ‘Panchakanya', the brand represents a group of iconic heroines of the Hindu epics, names of which when recited are believed to dispel sin. These women are- Kunti representing nobility, Ahalya epitomizing beauty, Draupadi representing ferocity, Tara signifying bravery, and Mandodari signifying righteousness. These values continue to inspire our designs and as a consequence our ethos.
