Joana Poulastrou is a Phygital fashion designer based in Spain with strong experience in the industry across various areas and markets. She has had the privilege of collaborating with well-known and emerging brands in Barcelona, such as Josep Font and Manuel Bolaño, as well as outstanding designers in London, including Aitor Throup. She has also been involved in creative direction at the TXU studio, designing costumes for renowned cinematic operas for La Fura dels Baus, and collaborating with artists such as Franc Aleu and serving as the robotic costume creative director for artist-engineer Roland Olbeter.

Her passion and expertise for fashion has led her to serve as a judge in fashion shows, and she has been honored as the best designer in her class, as well as a finalist in the Beijing Hempel Award and other art and fashion competitions. She has also had the opportunity to exhibit and showcase her work at events such as the 080 Barcelona Fashion Week and various art-related venues within the industry.

As a woman in technology, Joana is at the forefront of exploring the fascinating world of AI, venturing into the metaverse and experimenting with avatar design, as well as 3D fashion for luxury and gaming brands.
