Vanessa Nogueira completed three years of an Integrated Masters degree in Architecture before she came to her senses and realized she had to follow her true passion. She transfered to a BA in Fashion Design and completed that in three years, spending the last semester of school in the UK, at the Winchester School of Art, where she had a footwear illustration workshop that changed her life.
SInce then, her focus slowly changed from clothing to footwear and, a Footwear Design course later, the concept of House of Motion was born.
The idea of a brand that was ever changing, not relying on "the basics", of something different, yet relatable. The brand grew around the concept of making wearable art and helping people be more of who they are and express themselves through their footwear.
Each collection revolves around a concept, creating a story told by each individual pair of shoes.
It is not a brand that wants to follow trends. House of Motion doesn't believe in trends, They believe in personality.
