I am a romantic story teller, crafter and problem solver. My ambition is to work towards a sustainable future for the fashion industry. My work explores the symbiosis of nature, craft and technology and how this symbiosis creates symbolically, culturally and sustainably valuable pieces.

I am half German, half Britsh and was born in Munich, Germany. I studied Womenswear at the London College of Fashion and graduated in 2020 with a FIRST CLASS HONOURS DEGREE, despite the challenges and uncertenty caused by lockdown. I gained valuable experience interning at 'A Kind Of Guise', 'Rokit Vintage' and various dressmaking companies. I have been a finalist at the '2019 MODAPORTUGAL FASHION DESING COMPETITION' and will be presenting my Bachelor Collection 'SANE INSANITY' at the final of the 'OFF Fashion' Competition in October. I have gained further recognition in online features within Grazia Magazine, the SHOWstudio, Underpinned and I was singled out for the UAL GRADUATE SHOWCASE COLLECTION: 'SCHOOL OF DESIGN TECHNOLOGY: REFLECTION', for challenging and re-imagining established norms in fashion.

SANE INSANITY questions Shakespeare's Ophelia's mental health.
Is she insane or deceptive?
Exploring sanity and insanity by juxtaposing motion and control, fabric manipulation and flowing elements, rawness and clean tailoring. These craft driven pieces, made from natural fibres and dyed with flowers, caters for the modern, sustainability conscious woman.
Alongside the designs, the work proposes a vision for a future retail experience, ‘Digital Couture’. These garments will be made to measure without customers having to leave their homes. By creating a personalized avatar, one can envision oneself in the couture pieces, experiment with styles and try on looks. The avatar enables each pattern to be adapted to ensure the garment fits perfectly.
