Gabriela Ostolaza

Gabriela Ostolaza is a womenswear designer living and working in NYC. Ostolaza studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology with a focus in sportswear. Ostolaza has received institutional awards in draping and outstanding use of synthetic materials. She specializes in plastic outerwear, sculptural silhouettes and fashion installation,proving to be an emerging figure in the eminent merge of fashion, art and creative industries. At the age of 20 Ostolaza had her debut fashion show, and has showcased three collections since. She has dressed multiple celebrities and has been featured in international publications. Ostolaza describes her work as “conceptual kitsch."
