Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Mexico City (#MBFWMx) will celebrate its 22nd edition from October 1st to 7th with 31 presentations, 41 designers, 2 universities, 60 models, 8 locations and talent National Monument that takes symbolic public spaces of Mexico City: Independence Monument, Polanco Aquarium, Altto San Ángel, Gilardi House, Tlatelolco University Cultural Center, General Prim, Monument to the Revolution and the ID Kitchen Forum.

#MBFWMx has triggered positive change in the fashion industry over the last decade. First it was possible to consolidate all the relevant actors under one platform. Then worked for the designers to adopt the business mentality, selling and presenting at an international level, building brands. At the same time, Mexican models were positioned and paraded around the world today. The most recent evolution of #MBFWMx has seen it take the public spaces of the CDMX and consolidate the support of all levels of Government which amplifies its impact. #MBFWMx thus confirms its dynamic vision based on the continuous evolution of the platform to continue building the future day by day.

"The trust that the designers, the national and international press and our sponsors have placed on the platform is built on a daily basis. What the industry's joint talent has achieved until today is only relevant with a clear vision that allows us all to work today to continue moving towards a full development of Mexican fashion, " said Cory Crespo.

Inspiring changes through the power of fashion is a very relevant message for a generation that grows breaking paradigms. That is why Mercedes-Benz decides to follow up on two of its campaigns. #GrowUp speaks to a younger and more irreverent audience that is not governed by the same rules and therefore clearly reflects the spirit behind the Mercedes-Benz NGCC (New Generation Compact Cars), a line made up of Class A, CLA and GLA .

For its part, She's Mercedes is the platform that aims to inspire, connect, influence, and empower women. She's Mercedes is inspirational and able to face work and personal challenges at the same time. This project takes a different form in each country, but the spirit is the same; INSPIRE, CONNECT and INFLUENCE.

"With She's Mercedes, Mercedes-Benz recognizes a diverse group of successful women in different disciplines, they have been able to combine and balance their lives, setting an example for both men and women. We are very proud that one of them is Beatriz Calles " shared Radek Jelinek, CEO of Mercedes-Benz Mexico.
