Born in West Yorkshire into a textile manufacturing family business - material properties, colour & design, and crucially - quality have been enforced at an early age. In 2006 I moved to London where education at Central Saint Martins began, graduating this year with a 1st class Honours degree in Texile design, specialising in print. Work experience has included - JAMES WALKER TEXTILES LTD Designer and Marketer, (2008 - present) Designed a collection of blankets suitable for interior/exterior use. Ability to select colourways suitable for the chosen market Capable organising production and finishing, liaising constantly with contractors Marketing and selling the finished product.
