STYLESTRING

“Why aren’t there fashion accessories you can wear, however you want?” This was the question I was struck with after unsuccessfully trying to wear my favorite roped belt as a wrap bracelet. From that moment, I was fixated on creating an alluring fashion accessory that could be worn any way I wanted; and go with most of what I wore. I wanted to create an accessory that could be custom fit to its wearer and sit securely; without the chance of unraveling or having ‘hanging ends’ like a scarf or rope does. That same week in the summer of 2011, I set out to the Garment District in New York City and bought snaps and trimming. Concurrently, I created my first prototype on my bathroom vanity with a glue gun. That is how the STYLESTRING brand came to life.

It was not until September 2014 I had made the huge life decision to pursue STYLESTRING full time after working as an e-commerce fashion accessories buyer and interior designer. After 1 full year of development, launching officially in September 2015, STYLESTRING is a vivid expression of what I had envisioned my transitional fashion accessories line to be. Aesthetically universal, eco friendly, cruelty free, and made in Italy, STYLESTRING is made with the fashion conscious woman in mind. So let’s celebrate our personal style and have fun with our accessories.
