MONYK ARREOLA

Monyk was born in Monclova Coahuila. She studied Marketing and Fashion Design and after she graduate in 2008 she decides to start her own pret a porter clothing line.
Succesfully she has presented her collections in several fashion platforms such as Monterrey Fashion, Trends Monterrey, Houston Fashion Fest, Intermoda, and in 2009 her brand was selected to participate in Madrid, Spain at the event "Mexico is fashion" in the international fair of tourism 2009.
She has worked designing part of the wardrobe of some of the series transmitted by Telehit, Fox and Televisa.
With her A/W09 collection she was awarded as the best emerging talent by Instituto di Moda Burgo.
Her work has been published by magazines such as Newsweek, Intrend, Bemodel, Chic Magazine, Maxim, Tú, La Novia, Estilo DF and others.
In March of 2013 she started to work with the Mexican Singer Paty Cantú designing mostly of her wardrobe for special events, red carpet, concerts and videos, including the Brasil World Cup 2014 video.
She also have worked with some other Mexican celebrities too such as: Eugeia León, Danna Paola, Okairy Giner, María Jose, Cynthia Duque (Miss Universe México beauty peageant), Ana Gabriela Espinoza (Miss Internacional 2009) and the band The Revies.
