Collection – 'Gladiator' Collection

Imogen Belfield creates rockesque jewellery sculptures handmade in London. Her unique sculptures that adorn the body, range from cascading golden nugget pendants to statement “rockesque” rings. Her textural and organic designs are instantly recognisable and one-of-a-kind as they are handmade in the UK. Since breaking into the world of fashion and jewellery in 2010, Belfield's covetable pieces have won the attention of a plethora of celebrities, including, Georgia May Jagger, Uma Thurman, Nicole Scherzinger and Rita Ora. Most recently Belfield’s jewellery was specially selected for the latest Ridley Scott movie ‘The Counsellor’ and worn by Cameron Diaz. Imogen Belfield has been named by Vogue Italia as one if its "VOGUE TALENTS" this season! Belfield has a Fine Art background, with a passion for sculpture, drawing inspiration from artists such as Eduardo Paolozzi and Anish Kapoor. As a jewellery graduate from the Sir John Cass School of Art, London, she won New Designer of the Year One Year On in 2010. Belfield was awarded with Bright Young Gem 2011 at International Jewellery London, as selected by Hilary Alexander and Vivienne Becker, and in 2012 went on win the Kick Start and Style Sight Trend award. In September 2012 she was announced by Professional Jeweller as a NEXGEM and in the list of Hot 100 jewellers in the UK and Internationally. She honed her craft whilst completing an internship with renowned jeweller Shaun Leane during which she was given the opportunity to help with exciting projects, such as catwalk pieces for collaborations with Leane and Alexander McQueen. It has been a phenomenally successful season for Imogen Belfield with her collections being snapped up by stockists worldwide, including the United Arab Emirates, Italy, Bulgaria, Prague and UK, by such renowned stores as Kabiri, Harrods and Luisa Via Roma. With front cover features for Harper’s Bazaar, as well as features with Vogue and Elle. Most notably Belfield was one of ten designers chosen to be part of the British Fashion Council’s Rock Vault, sponsored by the International Palladium Board and curated by Stephen Webster, during London Fashion Week. Imogen was also part of the Rock Vault collective chosen to launch at Couture in Las Vegas this year, with Stephen Webster.
