From the need to express myself, I have looked at my childhood and at my grandfather from whom I inherited my creativity.
Luminasio is the title of a poem written by my grandfather; it is a place, both physical and intimate, in which he used to go to find the contact with his origins.
My grandfather’s introspection was also part of his work as an upholsterer in his way of creating.
Spending my childhood in the workshop of my grandfather, the armchair has become an object of sentimental value, in which to protect and conceal myself.
From this concept I developed the silhouette and used x-ray prints of clothes as an idea of exposing myself and letting go.
