CAMILLE ROSSI

Born in the suburb of Paris in 1979, from a vietnamese father and a french mother.She graduated in 2003 from a fine Art school where she did performing art and installations in link with garment,, a work between art and fashion.She worked for several years as costume designer for contemporean dance and theatre.During this period she traveled a lot in Vietnam, Nepal Mexico, Guatemala ,Romania and achieved researches on traditionnal clothing , ancestral technics of embroderies and weaving.
After an experience of as fashion designer for accessories and garment in Nepal (a fair-trade production) for a french company, she decided to follow this direction and learned during one year modelism, pattern making for women ready-to-wear.Then, she get an internship at Sakina M ‘Sa and worked one year for the luxury brand of ready-to-wear Plein-Sud in Paris, as modelist assistant and pattern maker.
In 2009 , she entered in the Fashion Design Postgraduate program for Accessory at the Institut Français de la Mode in Paris, and collaborating with Camper for shoes, Thierry Lasry for the sunglasses and Yves Saint Laurent for a leather good.
