Alisa Design's is best known for her little geometric shoulders, inspired by ancient Japanese origami art. It develops a structural shape and an aesthetic architectural look of the shoulders.

"Etheco" F/W 2013-2014 Knitwear Collection - Modern Ethno Ombré Womens Hand Knit Collection

The key concept of the "Etheco" F/W 2013-2014 Knitwear collection was to bring out the ethnicity and at the same time keep it very simple and modern.

The inspiration came from the multicultural ethnical influences. It is natural that living in a small cold and windy Baltic country you are carried away by the nordic, scandinavian and finno-ugric influences of the old traditions. You can feel it in every knitted work.

Earthy and slightly ombré colours such as orange, chocolate-brown and terracotta shades, together with smoky blue and teal mixtures make you feel warmer in the cold months.

"Etheco" F/W 2013-2014 Knitwear collection seems to be quite simple at the first sight, but it is not deprived of the feminine touch. An exploration of ethnicity and simplicity gives the collection an elegant yet modern look. The peplum tops emphasise structured and elegant silhouettes of the hips.
