I have been practicing art and design in many different forms since i can remember, at the age of 15 i had the privilege to attend a local art school in country Victoria , for a long time i though i wanted to be a painter or graphic designer but i craved more sculptural interactive and functional experience which lead me to study product design to better communicate my 3d ideas. For as long as i can remember i have been in front of a mirror testing out a look. My product and industry experience in the hi tech world of prototyping ( 3d printing ) and fabrication has allowed me to learn and gain access to a new world of fabrication techniques to better convey my ideas in a unique way. I enjoy the interaction between the high-tech and the handmade and small scale production techniques which democratize uniqueness allowing variance and customization, a few of my pieces include a modular inserts which add a handmade edge to my limited edition pieces. My current range of fashion accessories are all made in small runs, and are either hand made hand dyed of made in a very limited production.
Accessory emergency aims to create contemporary pieces making the wearer feel their outfit is complete with minimum effort.
