About
A Portrait Of is a contemporary label designed in North London by Livia Tang. Born and raised in Macau, she graduated from the University for the Creative Arts with a BA Fashion Design in 2014. With the valuable experience gained at the Simone Rocha and Sarah Baadarani studio, A Portrait Of is created in 2017. Designed with a modern individual in mind, A Portrait Of aims to celebrate the free-spirit folklore by introducing influences from the past romantic movements, like the Art Nouveau or the Impressionism movement. Working exclusively with specialist technicians and developing each garment in house, each piece is made with fine quality fabrics and trimmings which are sourced in the UK, Spain and Japan, while utilizing the highest quality finishing.
