At the age of 23, following military service and a trip to Africa, I found myself at a crossroads – what should I study and why?
Though practical and professional fields of study were recommended, I choose to learn something that requires academic research that goes with creation.
I have always been fascinated by culture, art and design, and their interactions with each other within the context of their time and place.
I therefore found myself learning jewelry design, because of the combination of hand work as well as technology challenges.
Since the beginning of my studies, I feel that I have learned even more than I expected.
I love the fact that people from all around the world like and wear my jewelry and it makes them happy as well.
