Tear it open and at its core, Conflict of Ego is a philosophy clothed by a brand. Every collection bleeds a socio-political topic, close to the designer’s heart. Using design and aesthetic to telegraph evocative messages to provoke thought, the brand looks to, quite literally, ‘embody’ through design, cut, and textile, the cultural changes at work in our society, ultimately aiming to promote a message of free thinking and growth within our diverse world.
Each collectable piece is ultimately designed to empower people. Make an entrance to be remembered – start a conversation in clothing that is #CUT2LAST.
Each season, we’re committed to lowering our carbon footprint. We’ve recently changed all of our Tees to be made from Organic Cotton. We up-cycle silk and design prints which reduce fabric waste and consumption when manufactured. We’re introducing more recycled fabrics in our collections each season.
Quality is very important to us – we support the Slow Fashion movement. We want our pieces to last; to be loved and to be worn over and over again. We want our silks to be hanging in a Vintage store one day.
Alanna, the designer behind the label, has a strong focus on serving the complex and volatile ego’s of women to celebrate difference, fight for unity and support each other across their various industries through the fundamentals of Art and Design.
