External layer looks at ' social identity' ( created by the wearer), it's an optical illusion. Hand cut strands of leather are weaved into knit & manipulated via repetition, to exaggerate certain parts of the female form and muscle tissue. By doing so, making her/ her body, subject & object of desire. Use of dark leather suggests armoured skin and a hint of aggression.
