Sitting in the back of the car with my eyes wide open, I carefully observed the thousands of light bulbs that adorned Place Massena, it was carnival!!! I will always remain nostalgic for these gigantic decorations, certainly not very ecological but so beautiful, it was Christmas until March. I too dreamed of being part of this large family of revelers who, through their hands and the pasteboard, made our beautiful region shine throughout the world, and somewhere I was proud that we were envied as one of the most beautiful carnival in the world.
