Platonic (noun)
a: (In mathematics) any of the five possible regular geometric solids with identical faces: cube, tetrahedron, octahedron, icosahedron and dodecahedron.
b: Named after Plato, who first listed them all. The Platonic solids have fascinated scholars since ancient Greece.
c: Their mathematical beauty has led them to be repeatedly linked to the construction of the universe. They also symbolised the basic elements like earth, fire and water.
