Marques Almeida is having one of those everywhere moments. Everywhere around the London catwalks editors are wearing items from their distinctive autumn collection of primary colour shearling shrugs, Lurex shot denim bell-bottoms and loose slouchy jeans with their signature frayed edge which is being referenced by designers across the world. Theirs are easy clothes – jeans, polo-necks, denim tunic dresses – tweaked from their everyday guise to make them ultra desirable. You can probably guess I am a convert.
