AW’2019/20 SERAYA x MAD DAISY collection is an attempt to explore the uniqueness
of Russian ‘dacha’ street style, when no more wanted garments from different generations of
one family are worn while visiting a cottage house.
Main inspiration for the collection comes from ‘Dacha’ pictures from USSR 80’s showing people
wearing these easy and spontaneous looks mixed with hand-recycled knit sweaters by
grandmothers, thus representing incredible combinations, impossible to wear in city life.
