My collection originated from gathered pictures of my own. These pictures show walls displaying damaged posters, revealing layer by layer. For me this layering tells a story, which was the starting point of my collection. In my eyes, the posters could be seen as a life sized collage. I used this collage technique to create my silhouettes. I cut up my patterns to pieces and put them back together again creating a garment consisting of different fabrics.
