The collection is inspired by the factory workers from WWII, 50's housewives and Joan Crawford. The main theme for the collection was to process the change in women’s lives in the 40's and 50's caused by post-war propaganda. In the collection worn-out hand-embroidered materials are mixed together with shapes from the 50's. Many of the stitched materials were made by using existing clothing such as old blazers and socks.
