CHRISTINE'S influences for her collection 'DISRUPTING PERFECTION' has been her own personal struggle with perfectionism and how this relationship with perfectionism controls her practice.
With inspiration taken from artist Bridget Riley she began her work with the perfect graphic black and white stripe, which she had to force herself to distort. She then began to layer the stripes with contrasting neon colours, which were hand cut and draped over each other.
