Fashion designer Charlotte Lewis graduated from the Manchester School of Art in 2014. She has since had her collection 'Sisterhood is Powerful' featured at Graduate Fashion Week, as well as in upcoming shoots in a variety of publications including the Nick Knight fashion film 'Girl' styled by Ellie Grace Cummings and launched at London Fashion Week.
Her work aims to empower and entertain, with a strong focus on colour, print and concept, but always retains a sense of beauty and wearability through silhouette and fabric choice.
Lewis' collection drew inspiration from 1970's erotica, bedroom interiors and the feminist movement, creating a chintzy and kitsch collection, with a dash of politics. Her designs heavily feature collaged digital print and embroidery and have been described as a 'fun, playful and unabashedly girly collection'.
