EXCESSIVE BODY is a meditation on the anatomy of the human body and its altered forms through clothing. While employing contemporary bodies as the starting point for the development of curvilinear pieces that are analogous to the human skin and to voluptuous shapes, the reconfiguration of the traditional silhouette is achieved as a consequence. Latex, which in this case is used on large pieces, provides a particular feeling when worn, with the intention of simulating a second skin. It almost feels like trying on a different body.
