Now going into their 10th season, British based Urbancode, create luxury leather garments renowned for their design, craftsmanship and quality. The SS12 apparel collection includes four stories; elegant Urban Pretty, casual Urban sport, retro Urban Stardust, and structured Urban Rock. Characterised by relaxed tailoring with rustic detailing, the Urbancode SS12 apparel range is sure to excite with designs and colour palette which evoke a contemporary and distinctly urban feel. Using luxurious goat suede throughout, the Urban Pretty story features relaxed yet feminine designs in vibrant Hot Pink, Danger Red and Soft Grey perfect for tone-on-tone blocking. Stand out pieces include full skirt dresses with deep folds which fall on the waist available in a playful pink suede and sharp black leather, suede belted jackets and sophisticated city suiting with tailored paneled trousers. Fabrics and textures in the Urban Sport story draw upon the style of the American jock, using a classic mix of leather, jersey and canvas, with the occasional flash of fur. The story has a relaxed feel, with frilled hoodies, loose ribbed gillets and bomber jackets perfect for casual daywear. The use of colours including vanilla, grey marl and the occasional splash of electric blue keeps Urban Sport contemporary whilst retaining a retro feel. Taking inspiration from the 1970s, Urban Stardust includes beautifully tailored flared trousers, jackets and knee length skirts created from tan suede giving the pieces a vintage look. Continuing the 1970s vibe, Urban Stardust incorporates a disco feel with star shaped leather inserts in bright metallic colours. Key pieces include the multi star cropped leather jacket, shoulder stitched biker jackets and craftwork blazer available in pink and tan. Using neutral shades throughout, attitude is bought to the Urban Rock story with the use of leather, zips, and leather tassels. The use of lamb brazillia leather, feathers and suede makes Urban rock a tactile story. The collection features easy to wear classics such as simply tailored shift dresses and paneled T-shirts, as well as stand out pieces such as the Mongolian fur gillet – a SS12 festival must have!

Inspired by British vintage design, the AW11 collection features classic designs and colour palette with a contemporary, and distinctly urban feel. The collection includes the luxe leather story, faux fur and feather story as well as Urbancode’s signature bags and clutches.
The AW11 leather collection is characterised by feminine tailoring with rustic details; key pieces include the Triple fold aviator, Military Badge Biker and slim fit leather trousers. The apparel range features romantic shades of chocolate, charcoal, and winter white, and a continuation of the classic tones in black, camel and taupe. With chocolate detailing and a cream shearling lining, Urbancode’s dark-brown leather jacket is a refined take on this season's aviator-inspired trend.
Rock’n’roll spirit comes to autumn’s minimalism with the Leather Apparel Range. The range features cropped tees with laser cut lace details, leather biker trousers, and tailored leather shift dresses which are both sexy and grungy at the same time.
Biker attitude comes to the Fur story with double-breasted camel shearling jackets in cropped and mid lengths with leather bond straps and buckles. Available in a warm palette of winter whites, chocolate browns and luxe greys, the faux furs and curly kid jackets add an on trend vintage touch to any outfit. The AW11 Urbancode collection includes the statement Feather Range, which features boleros, capes and standout skirts, with masses of feathers for abundant glamour.
Urbancode’s Autumn/Winter 2011 handbag collection pairs the same uncompromised quality of luxurious lamb, sheep and buffalo skin leather with classic and wearable designs, making AW11 one of the strongest seasons yet. AW11 stories include punk ‘Brash Harley’, vintage ‘Borrowed from the past’, practical ‘Zips-a-plentiful’ and relaxed ‘Overlay’. The colour palette sees all the winter staples including fox, storm, sparrow, smoke, almond, tan and nero.
The ‘Borrowed from the past’ story features elegant clutches and purses with antique brass details, in classic black leather. In contrast with this, beaten leather, chains and buckle details are strong elements of the ‘Brash Harley’ designs, which are inspired by a fusion of bondage and classic biker style.
