Fall 2012 started with a visit to the Tate Museum. I came across a painting entitled "Guano" by Judit Riegl. While collecting more information about this artist, I fell in love with her work. I found the contrast of her architectural sharp paintings with her more organic abstract work very thought provoking. This tension is what inspired the Jonathan Cohen 2012 collection, "Fragmented Outburst".
