A variety of different materials were brought together and all connected individually by hand. The middle segment is part of a large screw that was hand cut, filed, soldered, and oxidized. A very fashion forward statement necklace that is also easy to wear!
This necklace was inspired by tribal costume and jewellery. But the difference is the use of material: industrial components and findings, hardware, and chain - all repeatedly collaged together in a sensible, symmetrical manner according to colour, texture, shape, form, and function.
