This is a very unique design combining delicate materials. The brim covers the face up to the nose line and is made of Sinamay (see-through woven textile). The edges are finished with golden satin binding for the round edge on the inside and sinamay bias hem binding. The upper brim is embellished with gold painted dried worms, covered with a clear glaze. The piece is very fragile and light. The approximate dimensions are 22 x 17 x 12cm / 8.7 x 6.7 x 4.7in.
