ROSE CHERRINGTON British designer, her first collection showcased at Graduate Fashion Week 2011. The collection was inspired by the feeling of being an outsider in society, influenced by cult films such as ‘Leon’ and photography by ‘Robert Bergman’. Characteristics of her work are unique prints and photography with an on-going link with urban society “I see beauty in everyday things and what most people perceive as mundane inspires me. Through photography and research I like to illustrate an alternative way of looking at the ordinary and showing its beauty”.
