‘All the Jewellery I Never Got Part II’ is my Spring/Summer 2012 collection. The theme has being developed and brought forward from A/W 2011/12. Breezily flirtatious, modern and sexy but still capturing the unique trade mark styles that make the NATALIEBCOLEMAN label stand out. Fresh, light, witty and always telling a story that is original, romantic and clever. All the illustrations are hand drawn, water coloured and digitally printed on silks and chiffons, making the fabrics 100% unique to the NATALIEBCOLEMAN label. There are signature pieces such as the beautifully finished oversized Silk Scarves, Silk printed T-Shirts that hang wonderfully on the body. Gorgeous draped silk shirts with attitude and elegantly poetic, whimsical pleated dresses with back to front shapes and front printed panels. There are wonderfully tailored looks such as the beautifully cut lined jackets treated with a special finish that gives them that contemporary edge, looking so cool worn with the city shorts. These are balanced out with statement pieces such as the twisted trousers with a special treatment finish. Her work is known for incorporating craft driven techniques and quality tailoring with a perfectionist eye to the finishings. “You know what I love? Fashion that delivers a message.
