Solidifying Martinas signature patchwork approach, her works with bold block colours, many of which cut through with inserted panels of mixed leather fabrics and zips. A collaboration with Icelandic company Atlantic Leather”, sustainable producer of high quality fish skin leathers, “adds to the exquisite quality of the garments that accent the multitude of textures merged into one single piece. Other fabrics include developed stretch Lycra blended fabrics of lurex,, cashmere and lambs wool. A new introduction of accessories proves the collections visual styling appeal is more dynamic than meets the eye. Un-dyed cream thin leather belts, thigh garters and, bold but elegant, scarves gently break the colours and shapes revealing a completely different angle to each style. The colour palette is bold and vast with core blue, green and purple complimenting acid yellow, shades of grey and ginger. Undertones of white, cream and classic black add balance and finesse to the variations of textures that appear in any one piece.
