LVIIRA
This is my very first collection that was made for a fashion contest called Supernoova (Tallinn, Estonia 2006) and was honoured with third prize. Materials I used were wool, leather and wood. Boots are also selfmade, with a bit of help from a friend.

About the Designer
Desinger Liina Viira is based in Tallinn, Estonia. She studied at Tillskärarakademin Stockholm. Her collections are produced in Estonia.
I've been working on my knitwear brand since 2006. My creation is inspired from traditional Estonian patterns that I use in contemporary ways. I always encourage people to use their cultural clothing in more playful and creative ways. By doing this I believe that folk costumes have the chance to survive and be a natural part of our daily life. All my knits are made of 100% wool.
