THE LABEL

LU’ is a series of Art Mode prints on silk scarves and organic t-shirts. As an extension of Lucia Emanuela Curzi’s work as illustrator, all designs are based on her personal visual inspirations and have been hand-drawn. Lucia is an established fashion illustrator, her works have been published in international fashion magazine and include collaborations with talented fashion designers.

THE COLLECTION “LITTLE RED LIES”

The collection explores the secrete world of girlhood in which girls compete for acceptance from one another caught between the innocence of childhood and the onset of shallow aspects of the contemporary world. As much as they confide secrets and love lies each other, envy and beauty are feared. It is like a space with no privacy , all inside-out intimacy, and little innocent lies.

THE PRODUCTS

All garments are produced in Europe in small quantity using a very fine digital print mode that is best suited to render the minute details of hand-drawn compositions.The T-shirts are made by all-natural and organic fibers.TENCEL is well known for its outstanding physical characteristics -silky softness and luxurious drape. It is perfectly smooth, with depth of color, an excellent moisture absorbency. Produced exclusively from the wood pulp of Eucalyptus trees Tencel Lyocell is the most environmentally friendly man-made cellulosic fibreavailable today. Its controlled nano-fibril structure moves moisture away from the body, keeping you cool when the temperature is hot and warm when it is cold. The scarves are oversized, printed on 100% silk twill. Designed uniquely in London are hand finished in Como, where the Italian textile tradition meets the most modern and innovative printing technologies.The Silk twill scarves are large format to encourage the wearer toexperiment with the fabric as opposite to opting for traditional knots.
