Lelé Correa was born in 1973 in Argentina, where from an early age sparked interest in knitting as in the embodiment of clothing, producing her own wardrobe since adolescence.
After a brief stint in Advertising in Buenos Aires , started Architecture at the University of La Plata and although she didn’t chose architecture as a profession, her studies have given great notion of proportion, design in context and design of the space, a global vision both external and internal. Later she became involved in urban planning projects and geographic information systems, as well as graphic design, photography and editorial design, an activity that has been developing for 15 years and currently doing a specialization in editing.
The different visions, design aspects and scales developed in parallel with production of clothing and knitting, working in detail each of the processes of design and construction in each of the pieces.
With great interest in patternmaking, each working them as blue print using computer as a tool. Taking as starting point the work of tailor made courses in pattern making and production of traditional tailoring.
In 2010 Ó Lelé set starting with exclusive pieces of clothing, knitting, accessories, hats and handbags, being chosen a small collection of dresses and jackets to be displayed and sold in the U.S. and Australia.
Defining his style as architectural rationalism, debugging concepts in simple and timeless pieces. Experimented with different materials and styles, between the technical and craft.

... is wearing Architecture, always thought of the human body as volume and space, and the functions that daily performing. And it is communication, you can shout or kissing someone with a simple dress.

... Whatever one sees or experiences may be the tip of inspiration to develop an idea, the music and film are those who set the tone.
