Each Hewn ring is uniquely formed by combining natural elements. Influences including the structure of minerals and fragments of finds from archaelogical digs give them the feeling of treasure unearthed from the ground. Precious, semi precious stones and minerals used in these pieces include; carnelian, quartz, moonstone, citrine, pyrite, amethyst, opal and diamond.

About the Designer
Jade is based in Manchester, United Kingdom. She studied at Manchester School of Art and graduated in 2009. Her collections are produced in United Kingdom.
Inspired by ancient civilisations, historical fashion details, geology and fossils I am constantly experimenting with natural inclusions in resin to create textures, colours and qualities. Through mould making and hand shaping my sculptural jewellery and using the material’s properties encasing and filling voids, I mimic processes usually taking thousands of years.
