INKA

Katinka is based in Aarhus, Denmark. She studied at The Royal Academy of Music. Her collections are produced in Denmark.

INKA is a playful, unique jewellery design handmade by the young Danish self-taught designer Katinka Fogh Vindelev.
INKA was formed in 2009 and has just released a new collection called 10/11 INKA POWER!
The jewellery is made in fabric only. Katinka is inspired by a fabric's soft lightness and its ability to be folded, tied, modeled and twisted.
In 2006 Katinka had two options - she would either strive to become a musician or a designer. At that time she chose music. She has for several years been playing with established Danish bands and artists such as Oh Land and Efterklang. But is today studying the art of classical singing at The Royal Academy of Music. And finally succeeding in doing what she loves the most designing and singing.
