fove jewellery chains are valuable, but not in the classical sense. Designer Frederica Prock purposely uses materials that have not become precious through societal conventions. She imbues new life to metallic elements such as steel, copper, brass and aluminum, bestowing a natural grace to the wearer in tune with the natural materials. Posture and poise are transformed as fove jewellery necklaces compel the wearer to assume self-assured and inspired composure.
More than pieces of jewellery, they are individual works of art: interlacing complexity, firm, high quality cords with myriad surface structures, reflections of light and plays on color with flowering, geometrical forms. Symmetry and harmony. Proportion, unity, and dimension. Frederica Prock creates designs from the fullness of life, with good reason: this designer has travelled throughout the world, experienced opulence and prosperity along with absolute poverty lived in great dignity and honor. In her travels she came to know both a lightness of being and a new lightness of design, now mirrored in her jewellery compositions: each individual piece embodies a consonance of thoughts, feelings and absolute beauty.
