ELLINORNILSEN

With inspiration taken from photos of imperfect, lop-sided and brutish bodies, my project is steeped in terror, frailty and playfulness. This collection is based on experiments in non-textile materials to find materials that feel or look like skin. By deconstructing the body and garment and then put together in a new way, a new group of people in different ages were created.
