"TAEMDIA" is a popular african word created by the youngest to describe something is good, joy and happiness, which define the new Elisabeth Teixeira collection for Spring/ Summer 2012. This feminine collection is an explosion of bright colors, african prints and mixed patterns and smooth, combining etnhic influences with a chic sportswear, using flattering shapes.

Elisabeth is based in Porto, Portugal. She studied at Escola de Moda GUDI and graduated in 2003. Her collections are produced in Portugal.

Elisabeth Teixeira born in Paris, and actualy based in Oporto, Portugal, graduated in Escola de Moda GUDI, in Oporto in 2003. She learned from the best portuguese designers such as Maria Gambina, Luis Buchinho as internship, and Nuno Baltazar, where she worked as an assistant. She made her Portugal Fashion catwalk debut in 2004, in Oporto, and ever since, she presented her collections in the Portuguese Fashion week. Elisabeth is inspired by her childhood in Paris, and Madeleine Vionnet romantic and glamourous influences. All garments are manufactured in atelier in Oporto, in fabrics mostly from Portugal and also Italy and France. The brand is selling in several stores in Portugal and is starting to export beyond borders.
