Influenced by Fellini, Vatican and a kind of decadent Memento Mori atmosphere, Dora Abodi mixed the new prints, beaded surfaces with the cutting edge, geometric and rustic silhouettes. The single pieces reflect timelessness, still they form a wearable collection as a whole. Every fashionable woman can find her perfect outfit in the collection, right from show stopping items to the easy -to- wear, but unique pieces. The collection is accompanied by a complete accessory line-up: the handmade manufactured TWIN UNISUS clutches-identified as the special trademark of the brand- now have new models. The classic Carpathian Warrior/Phoenix Egg ball bag, the special handmade, metal jewelries and pink boots with leather sole are all characteristic elements making the essence of the atmosphere around the collection.

About the Designer

DORAABODI's picture

Dora is based in Milan, Italy. She studied at Domus Academy and graduated in 2013. Her collections are produced in Italy.

Dora Abodi was born in an artist family and despite of her childhood dream to be a world traveler and wildlife researcher She showed early interest in fashion and started to draw outfits in Her parents and grandfather's studio, and later during her school years in special art courses. After 3 years of pattern making, classical tailoring and garment construction, several design courses she started fashion design at the French Mod’art International Art and Fashion Academy, graduating with distinction as best student. In 2010 She won then Hungarian Fashion Awards and first prize of Design am Rhein designer contest of the Düsseldorf Fashion Academy. In 2012 She won Women of the Year - best designer prize of Glamour magazine. She had many collaborations, including swimwear collection for the Swiss Fashiondays or special projects with Swarovski Elements.
In 2012 she moved to Milan, Italy to finish her Master in Fashion at Domus Academy according to the special award of Domus Academy and Vogue Talents. She is living in Milan.
