Mad World A/W final collection Mad World There are ways to find out fragile existence. Many ways to give it meaning, but it is our memories that shapes its purpose and gives context, the private assortment of images, fears, loves, regrets. For it is the cruel irony of life that we are destined to hold the dark with light, the good with the evil, success with disappointment that is what separates us. What makes us humans, and in the end, we just fight to hold on to our dream. The main concept is our endless desire for ‘pleasure’. We cannot easily describe what ‘pleasure’ is? It is the everlasting question. We are always in the dark hole and cannot find the way to get out. The unseen hole in which we have been for so long time is the ‘ Mad World ‘, which is just like ‘ a hell on the earth’. We are nothingness that the ‘slave of desire’. What we been fought for centuries and centuries. Since the human is the master of the earth, our world was used to be a paradise, But what we are having is just a world full of cruel reality. For the entire dream that we been hold on to had destroyed, but seem we still dragging the only faith that we believe in. We fight for our happiness and pleasure. The love with hate, the hope with desperate, the angle with evil, that is what consist of our dream. It seems very hard for us to see ourselves objectively, the core of a matter is always hidden and we do not have a chance to see it directly. Here, I am trying to express what a ‘ Mad World’ looks like by using images, Which all of them are taking a role in each of themselves. They are ‘Magician, Devil, Angle, Punk, Soldier’ etc. They are part of the life, which include your complicated sensibilities are ‘fear’, ‘Desire’, ‘Instinct’. All those expression they are the characters of the images, which I am using for explanation. Suppose those characters existing inside your body would be the cause of all your moderations. You are to act by the effect of those characters of sensibilities. Notwithstanding they are no the real characters ever. But when you think that way, you would find out what is the concept of this ‘Mad World’.
