Luke A Harris, graduate of Ravensbourne BA Fashion Design: Menswear, London. With a theatrical nature, his aesthetic is one of glamorous men, darker characters, strange influences and 'andro-couture' elements, which evolved since his childhood and a growing fascination of the unusual. Working previously with a range of practitioners and designers to broaden creative processes, starting work with Kiko Hainswheeler on costume and accessories for Lady Gaga's Monster Ball tour, onto projects for bespoke design house Hardy Amies, also working with high couture-wear at Corrie Nielsen.
Very interested in working with strong aesthetics, powerful concepts and deeply creative minds.

INQUISITION OF THE MAGUS - AW14

Inquisition Of The Magus presents 6 characters from the major arcana, a deck of cards in the tarot. The collection resurrects 15th century concepts within the dark silhouettes. Metal head cages and cufflink-shackles reflect the centuries punishment. A defiance in colour invites the paranoia and suspicion which resonates throughout the culture. Andro-couture elements are infused into the collection to counteract the tradition of tailoring.
This is a trial of six, charged on the grounds of challenging the norm. It is the inquisition for disobeying the ideals of menswear.
